2026 season details in-work/ coming soon
At some point in your athletic journey, you will likely deal with an injury—every runner does. One of the most important skills you can develop is learning the difference between normal training soreness and pain. Discomfort is part of running; pain is a signal that something needs attention.
Most injuries can be avoided when you respond early! If we ask you to modify or skip part of a workout, remember: that adjustment is only one step in the recovery process, not the whole solution.
Commit to consistent stretching — during practice, and at home
Ice problem areas three times a day—not just a quickly after practice
Wear supportive footwear throughout the day
Run with proper form — the mechanics we reinforce daily truly matter (this is part of why we do speed skills!)
Use self‑massage to loosen tight or tender spots before they turn into bigger issues
